Housekeeping Services for Stays Over One Night
Requests for housekeeping services are available until 1:00 PM.
A change of towels, toothbrushes, and fresh water bottles will be provided in front of the door if “Do not disturb” sign is up.
The room will be cleaned every three days for sanitary purposes, even if guests request for no in-room cleaning upon their stay.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed at the designated smoking area (2nd floor) and at smoking rooms.
※There will be a cleaning charge of 20,000 JPY for rooms with any signs of smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
