House Regulations
In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay at this Hotel for our guests, a set of Regulations have been developed based on Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions of the Hotel. In accordance with Article 7, Clause 1 of the Terms and Conditions of this Hotel, with guest who fail to observe these Regulations, we reserve the right to refuse them to stay at this Hotel or use its facilities. Also, in the case of accidents related to non-compliance of these regulations, please note that being the case, the guest may be held liable for damages caused to the hotel.
Fire Prevention
1 Please do not bring or use flammable items, such as heating equipment or cooking equipment in the guest rooms or corridors.
2 Please do not smoke in bed, non-smoking rooms or other places that represent a fire hazard.
3 Please avoid other acts which may cause a fire.
4 Please do not touch fire-fighting equipment unless there is an emergency.
5 Please be aware of evacuation routes that are indicated on the back of the entrance door of each guest room.
Security
1 Please make sure to lock your door when leaving your room during your stay.
2 Please use the inside lock and the door guard of the guest room doors while in your room as well when going to bed. Should someone call to your room, please identify your visitor before opening the door. In addition, if it is the case that the person appears to be suspicious, please contact the Hotel reception.
3 Please do not invite visitors to your room.
4 Persons other than registered guests are not allowed to stay at the Hotel.
Prohibition of antisocial forces from using the Hotel facilities
1 This Hotel prohibits the following organizations or individuals from using its facilities:
(1) Organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, and organizations or parties related to organized crime groups;
(2) Companies and parties related to organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups or the members of organized crime groups;
(3) Antisocial forces, and members of or parties related to antisocial forces;
(4) In cases when activities such as acts of violence, injury, threats, blackmail, intimidation, and similar activities are confirmed;
2 In the situation of cases corresponding to the preceding clause are confirmed, the Hotel will immediately ban the relevant parties from its facilities even after the reservation has been made or is possibly is in use.
Deposited valuables and items
1 Please always deposit valuables to the Hotel reception upon clearly stating the type and amount of the valuable. However the following articles cannot be deposited.
(1) Goods or money with a value in excess of 300,000 yen;
(2) Articles such as precious metals, works of art or antiques;
(3) Machinery with an information recording device (personal computer, mobile phone, and other IT equipment, etc.);
(4) Articles related to personal information (customer register of names, etc.);
2 Unless particularly specified, your deposit will be handled based on laws and regulations. In addition, the storage period for lost item is 7 days including the day the item was found, after which it will be reported to the nearest police station.
Making payments
1 The accommodation charges shall be paid with cash or means such as coupons, hotel vouchers or credit cards recognized by the Hotel.
2 This Hotel cannot accept payments by checks other than traveler's checks which are recognized by this hotel.
3 A separate surcharge for use of the telephone from a guest room will be added.
4 A system of prepayment is in operation for accommodation charges.
Prohibited activities
1 Please do not bring the following items into this Hotel because they may inconvenience other Hotel guests:
(1) Pets and animals such as dogs, cats and birds (excluding guide dogs and service dogs);
(2) Gunpowder, combustible oils or flammable objects;
(3) Chemicals which are dangerous to the body;
(4) Items with an offensive odor;
(5) Unlicensed guns and swords;
(6) Stimulants, narcotic drugs, illegal drugs and the like;
(7) A considerably large quantity of items;
(8) Otherwise items which are forbidden for possession by laws and regulations;
2 Please do not carry out gambling or acts which are inconsistent with public policy and good morals.
3 Please avoid acts which cause an inconvenience or cause other guests to feel uncomfortable such as quarreling, speaking loudly or singing loudly.
4 Please do not cause inconvenience to other guests by behaving irrationally due to alcohol consumption, drugs or being incompetent of mind or body.
5 Accommodation of a minor alone is not permitted unless authorized by a guardian.
6 Please do not use guest rooms for purposes other than accommodation.
7 Please do not deliver or display advertising materials, or sell goods in this Hotel without permission.
8 Please avoid acts which would significantly damage the present state of the fixtures and fittings in place or use for applications other than those specified.
9 Please do not leave belongings in locations other than the guest rooms.
10 Please do not remove the small fixtures from the guest rooms.
11 Please do not hang items by the window of the hotel that deface its appearance.
12 Other than areas for guests, please do not enter facilities such as the machine room, hotel staff areas, emergency stairways or the rooftop unless it is an emergency or for unavoidable circumstances.
13 You will be asked to reimburse the equivalent amount in the case of damage, loss or contamination of the building, furniture and fixtures and other goods other than for reasons which were inevitable.
