Can I send luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?

Please send luggage to the hotel address with your reservation name and check-in date clearly stated. Ｐｌｅａｓｅ contact the hotel before shipping, because there are cases where we may not be able to accept large luggage or refrigerated items.
