Q Can I send luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?: Please send luggage to the hotel address with your reservation name and check-in date clearly stated. Ｐｌｅａｓｅ contact the hotel before shipping, because there are cases where we may not be able to accept large luggage or refrigerated items.
Q Can I check-in early?: Check-in starts at 15:00. (Check-in time may differ depending on the plan you booked.) If you arrive before check-in time, we can keep your baggage at the front desk. Early check-in is possible depending on the availability. Charges：¥1,000 per hour
Q Change in arrival time.: Please contact the hotel in advance if your planned arrival time will change.
If your arrival time is significantly delayed without contacting us, your reservation may be cancelled.
Q Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and/or after check-out?: We will keep your luggage at the front desk at any time. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
Q When should I pay for the hotel fee？: Please pay for the charges at check in. Any additional charges for during your stay will be requested upon checkout.

Q Can I use the restaurant or bar even though I am not a staying guest?: Customers who are not staying guests are welcome to visit the restaurant and bar during any operating times.
